I've been going through my mountains of stuff looking for old comics. Tonight I've pretty much found what I am looking for. I'm going to post three comics stories on the web.
The earliest is an Elvis movie comic I did from 1987 thru 1988. It's called "Wing Ding County Massacre." It features Elvis as a Southern Sheriff who falls in love with Little Debbie of Little Debbie Snacks fame. I'd thought I'd lost the complete run a long time ago. It'll take some doing to get it ready, but ready it will be before too long!
The second one illustrates a dream that I experienced in 1989. I still have to do some inks on a couple of later pages.
The most recent comic features my first foray into the circular/ paper plate format that dates back to 1991. In that one I ruminate on Carl Andre, graduate art school, and goings on at G/M Steakhouse.
I will talk to my web gal, Allyson Lipkin at Lipsting Media, and set a hard deadline for two months from now. Look here for updates and other stuff!
